Property Agreements
If you are married a Property Agreement can define what property you consider to be the Community Property of both spouses, or the Separate Property of either spouse, and what rights each of you have to manage and dispose of such property during your lifetimes or after your deaths. It can also be used to define the property rights between Domestic Partners, or among people who are contemplating marriage (a Pre-Marital Agreement) or who have already married (a Post-Martial Agreement). If you co-own property or assets with any other person, a Property Agreement can define your rights, duties and liabilities to each other with regard to that property.
